We cover all aspects of refrigeration and air conditioning work across the UK and are based in the Merseyside area, this is where we got inspiration for our business name. We pride ourselves in providing a work ethic that makes us available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Hi, my name is Ryan, and I am one of the directors of Aintree Cooling Ltd. I have 22 years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning. I got involved as a teenager working with my brother, helping out on weekends with him on refrigeration breakdowns and realised this was a career I wanted to do. I then started my apprenticeship which lasted 4 years. Once I served my time as an apprentice, I was a fully qualified engineer. I then became a site engineer on the Getrag Ford transmission plant at Halewood, Liverpool, which lasted 16 years until I realised that I wanted to take the next step, which was to become a director and founder of my own company. My partner Anthony Downey and I have since been successfully running Aintree Cooling Ltd for the past 18 months and counting. Outside of work, I like to spend time with my wife and three children. I enjoy keeping fit through various sports.
Hello, my name is Anthony, and I am one of the directors of Aintree Cooling Ltd. I have been in the air conditioning industry for around 15 years plus spending a lot of time on the road all over the UK and Ireland, from installing small systems to running big projects and all aspects of aftercare, from service to breakdowns on many different makes of units. We started this company during the pandemic and previously made a lot of contacts through our working life. We had a lot of people urging us to start our own company as we had so much experience within the industry with nearly 4 decades between us, so we started up and never looked back. I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of running a business. Outside of work, I am just a family man. You will find me spending most of my time with my wife and daughter, obviously only when Liverpool are not playing!
